Vintage Farm Company 1848 is a quaint Provencal style farm experience. This hidden gem is nestled in amongst the Live Oaks of Marion County Florida on our private 10 acre farm.
Join us every Monday night through out the winter season, as we serve unique prix fixe four course dinners. Our farm dinners are served alfresco style under the stars and twinkly lights on the patio of the original historic 1848 stone farm house. Our dinners are by reservation only.
Vintage Farm Company 1848 is owned by Kim Smith and operated by her and her youngest daughter Colby De Sales. The duo use their creativity to make unique and captivating meals featuring local ingredients each and every week.
Chef Kim started cooking at a young age in her grandmothers French restaurant, Le Domaine in Hancock Maine. Cooking has always held a special place in her life and sparked a passion for sharing her culinary creativity with others. Now living in Ocala Florida Kim fills her days bringing a Taste of Provence to her guest.
Chef Colby the youngest of Chef Kim's three children showed a interest for fine foods at a young age. Eventually developing a passion for creating special dessert for all of our farm dinners and events.
